Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy
Hydroponic Central SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (excluding major holidays) and typically shipped on the same day or up to 1 to 3 Days of when the order was placed, pending payment authorisation, verification and business holidays.

Delivery should be made 5-7 days after order confirmation, an email will normally be sent to you upon despatch of the goods. If your order is not received within this timeframe please email us us sales@hydroponiccentral.com or call us on 03 9376 0447 so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Alternatively to avoid the delivery cost you may choose to pick up your order from our shop at 110 Dynon Road (cnr Radcliffe St) West Melbourne. If you select this option we will email you when your order is ready for collection.
AUSTRALIA:
Express is the service used for secure and traceable deliveries of our products in Australia.

Payments
Credit Card Payment: Credit CardPayments made on our website (Visa & Mastercard only) are securely processed by Paypal. For your security our staff do not have access to your card details and paypal will email you to confirm payment has been made.
Payment on collection: if you choose to collect your purchase from our shop you may make payment via cash, credit card or eftpos at collection time.

Refunds
If goods arrive in a damaged state or you wish to return goods for any other reason please call us on 03 9376 0447 to discuss and make arrangements.
